We are located at 4509 Commerce Street in the Town Center area of Virginia Beach. We are located on the second level at the corner of Commerce Street and Market Street.
Town Center offers plenty of FREE parking both on the street or in multiple garages. Check our Parking Map to see the closest parking garages to the theater.
We just ask that you come fully dressed and comfortable. With the way Virginia's weather is, it doesn’t hurt to bring a sweater just in case!
We understand life happens and it may include missing your scheduled performance. Some shows run for a limited amount of time, and rescheduling your tickets may be difficult. You may also exchange your seats for another performance! Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
When you get to the theater we can reprint them for you free of charge and get you checked in with no added stress.
The show must go on! Unless the city officially closes roads to non-essential traffic, all performances will continue as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. In the event of a show cancellation, the cancellation information is posted on the homepage of our website. We also call and/or email patrons with tickets to the cancelled performance, so please make sure we have your correct contact information.
Feel free to applaud, whistle, yell “Woo-hoo!”, or shout out "Bravo!” when the show or artist does something you love. Enthusiastic displays of appreciation are always welcome, although it’s customary to wait for an appropriate opportunity. If you're not sure when that is, just follow the crowd. (You can boo or hiss if you really hated something, too, although that’s unlikely to make you any new friends.)
Some shows contain adult themes. Before bringing children, make sure that the show is appropriate for their age or maturity level. Age recommendations are posted on all of our show listings, and check with our staff if you aren’t sure. Children 2 and under are free and HAVE to sit in the lap of a paying customer. Children 3 and over pay an adult price unless the show has a child/youth price link. No babes in arms please.
