Triple Threat is a play that moves and sings. It’s one man sharing a story of big dreams in the arts and the course of events that occur after a life changing injury.
Each character we meet is brought to life by one actor on the stage, in projection, video and voiceover. People show up and leave as quickly as they come. Events occur and roll into one another as they would in conversation, in thought and imagination.
Music, expressly sung and all throughout the atmosphere, take you right to where your emotions live.
The blood and heartbeat of the play is dance. Choreographic moments, transitions from here to there, all types of styles are called upon to share this story.
It’s a tour-de-force performance in the style of John Leguizamo, Lily Tomlin, Billy Crystal and the great Whoopi Goldberg.
