The Opulent 80’s features three performers exploring the materialism, nuclear threats, and angst of the 1980’s. They do so through the lens of the Bourbon Court a la 1789 on the cusp of the French Revolution- in other words, Marie Antoinette expressing herself through the music of (who else?) Queen. This cabaret features a full string quartet and fabulous costumes as we spin a new take on classic 80’s (1980’s!) music.
