Since 1999, Ladies of Laughter has established itself as THE SOURCE for funny women and has jump-started the careers of countless women in comedy, including Tammy Pescatelli, Melissa Rauch (Big Bang Theory) and Amy Schumer.  The Ladies of Laughter Funny & Fabulous Tour includes past winners and the best talent  from its national competition.  Past events have been produced at major theaters, casinos and even Madison Square Garden.

Featuring:

Leighann Lord Smart, sexy, savvy, and funny, Leighann Lord’s “heads up humor” is stand-up comedy at it’s finest. Inspired by the brilliance of George Carlin, the smooth jazz style of Franklyn Ajaye, and the elegance of Rita Rudner, Leighann has crafted her own unique brand of Thinking Cap Comedy. It’s no wonder she received the NYC Black Comedy Award for “The Most Thought Provoking Black Female Comic.” And for two consecutive years, Leighann was Harlem Week’s official comedian. (The only other comedian in Harlem Week’s history to earn that distinction was Richard Pryor.)

Missy Grynkiewicz Hall is the Queen of Happy Things! She loves to laugh, believes pants are optional and thinks the world would be better place if dogs were in charge. She is the 2013 winner of the Laugh Out Loud Competition, has worked as a warm-up comic for Harry Connick, Jr and her freshman comedy CD, “Miss Representation” was a first round Grammy nominee in 2012 for funniest comedy album. A seasoned actress/singer, Missy was recently featured in “Road Spill” on TruTV and in the feature film “Days of Power” with Eric Roberts released in 2018. Missy was also a finalist in the professional category of the 2018 Ladies Out Loud competition and a finalist at the 2018 Big Sky Comedy Festival.

Erin Maguire is a broad, a dame, a good time gal. In addition to being a stand-out in the 2018 Ladies of Laughter competition, she’s an emcee, an actor, a writer and a ginger with basic bitch tendencies. A Boston babe originally, she now calls NYC her home base, appearing at clubs in the city and beyond. She sees the world through a warped kaleidoscope and wants to take you along for the ride.
