The Voices of Virginia form the Governor’s School for the Arts recently toured Japan with their show BELIEVE and will be presenting a live concert at the Z December 6-8. The show is a celebration of the Norfolk-Kitakyushu Sister City Relationship and celebrates 60 years of popular music including Classic rock, pop, soul, Motown and more.
