Virginia Beach, Va. — Full Circle Productions is proud to announce the launch of a new platform
dedicated to creating professional-caliber summer theatrical opportunities for artists connected to the
Hampton Roads region.
The company’s mission is to bring together professional and pre-professional performers, designers, and
theatre artists with ties to the area, creating engaging summer entertainment for residents and visitors.
The inaugural production from Full Circle Productions will be Assassins, the acclaimed musical by
Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman. Since its debut in the 1990s, Assassins has been recognized as one of the most provocative and thought-provoking works in the American musical theatre canon.
The production will feature a cast that blends performers currently based in Hampton Roads with artists
working across the country who maintain strong roots in the region. This unique collaboration reflects
Full Circle Productions’ commitment to bring artists “full circle” through the creation of exceptional
summer stock musical theatre.
Assassins will begin performances on July 9, 2026, for a two-weekend engagement presented in
partnership with the Zeiders American Dream Theater at Town Center in Virginia Beach.
Through this inaugural production, Full Circle Productions aims to establish a vibrant annual summer
theatre tradition that celebrates regional talent, strengthens artistic ties to Hampton Roads, and delivers
outstanding theatrical experiences to local audiences and visitors.
