Art Is Your Business will introduce participants to foundational producing practices, career sustainability strategies, and tools for navigating the professional arts industry with greater confidence and clarity.
Topics may include self-producing, project planning, networking, budgeting, audience development, collaboration, and creating opportunities as an independent artist. The workshop aims to empower participants to view their artistry not only as creative expression, but also as valuable professional work deserving of investment, visibility, and strategic growth.
A key focus of the session will be branding and artistic identity, encouraging artists to confidently celebrate the work behind their titles while learning how to present themselves authentically and professionally within creative spaces.
