As artists we are especially vulnerable and need to carve out time for our emotional and mental well-being. Join us to learn about programs and resources supporting mental health available through NAMI Coastal Virginia (National Alliance on Mental Illness). Then relax as Karrie Loomis, founder of Everything is OK, guides us through a healing sound bath.
You may choose to sit in a relaxed position for the sound bath or you may bring a mat to lie down.
