DESCRIPTION:Sunday Evenings | September 9 – October 14\n\n\nUnlock the potential of your body and mind with this transformative course. Through trauma-informed practices\, we provide a supportive and encouraging environment to explore physical and vocal expression\, self awareness\, emotional regulation\, and creative thinking. Whether you’re looking to enhance your communication skills\, or develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others\, this course offers the tools you need for authentic and impactful personal development. \n*Acting Roots is a recommended prerequisite for all other ROŪGE acting courses. \n\n\n\nAll Classes will run 6 – 7:30pm at The Zeiders American Dream Theatre (4509 Commerce St\, Virginia Beach\, VA 23462)  Each class will have a max of 8 students. \n\nRegistration for all class slots are $225.00 which can be processed in full via card\, check\, or alternative payment methods before your first class. Payment plans are available upon request.
