As we welcome you back to The Z, we want you to know we are committed to doing our part to maintain the safety of our patrons, performers, employees and our community. The Z is following state guidelines for health safety and will continue to adjust our policies as those guidelines change.

Wellness Check

No one with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in their prior 14 days, is permitted in the establishment. Please do a self wellness check before your visit by clicking here.

Masks

Masks are recommended for those not fully vaccinated.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you feel unwell, show symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, we ask you to help protect our community by staying home. You may cancel your tickets and receive a refund by calling 757-499-0317, or emailing us at [email protected] You must cancel your tickets BEFORE the start time of the performance to receive a refund. This policy is good for shows/performances September 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021.

Cleaning 

High Touch surfaces in public areas including Lobby, Entrance, Theater, and Bathrooms will be disinfected before patron arrival and immediately after each performance, in addition to regular cleanings. The theater will be disinfected using electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade disinfectant following each performance.
Sanitation stations, including hand sanitizer are setup throughout the theater for your use.

Box Office 

Our exterior box office window will be open to assist you in your box office needs. Our interior box office window will remain temporarily closed.
